OUTDOOR TRADE FAIR

August 7-11, 2019

DISPLAY BOOTHS – Sizes, Rental Rates – Each Business
D1 to D9 - Commerical/Agri Space (10'x20')(20'x30') $650 Each plus GST (5%)
B1 to B6 - Food Vendors ONLY (Water & Power) $950 Each plus GST (5%)
C1 to C6 - Outdoor Space (various sizes) $650 Each plus GST (5%)
E1 to E9 - Tent Space (10'x10' Tent provided) $800 Each plus GST (5%)

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  1. Payment due at registration.
  2. No refunds.
  3. We accept: Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Debit

COMPETITION:

We will not restrict entries with the same product, but we will try to place them apart.

SET UP:

  • TUESDAY August 9th,  2021 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • WEDNESDAY August 10, 2021 - until 10:00 am ONLY

TAKE DOWNS:

  • Sunday after 8:00 pm
  • No security after 10:00pm
  • All exhibitors must have their products off of the Fair Grounds by 12:00 noon on Tuesday.

DON’T LOSE OUT – Register early!

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  1. Payment is due at registration.

  2. After 9:00 am each morning, the Exhibition entrance is not available for unloading via vehicle; you may hand carry or use a trolley.

  3. Special "exhibitors only" parking is available at the 116th Avenue Soccer Field Parking Lot starting at 9:00 am Wednesday with name signage.

  4. No parking on the grounds. Except at your campsite. 

  5. All vendors are responsible for supplying their own power cords.

  6. All vendors must carry $2,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance policy, property damage insurance and a current food permit for any food vendors. All insurance and permits must be submitted to DCEA office 2 weeks prior to the event.
