Kids Wild Horse Race

Rules & Regulations:

• All contestants must be members of the Dawson Creek Exhibition Association. Membership fee is $4.00 per
contestant, and can be paid online or at the Summer Office.
• Entries can be submitted online at dawsoncreekex.ca, by email to entries@dawsoncreekex.ca, or in person at the
Summer Office. Online Entries will close Monday, August 3rd.
• All contestants must NOT have reached their 12th birthday by July 1st, 2026.
• All contestants must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet with cage.
• Contestants must not be heavier than 85lbs, and be no taller than 5' (150cm).
• DCEA and Kesler Rodeo stock have the right to refuse competitors based on size/weight for the safety of the animals
involved.

A parent/guardian of each contestant must sign an Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability form prior to
event.

Teams entered in the Kid's Wild Horse Race will compete once EVERY DAY from Wednesday-Sunday.

Schedule:
August 5th to 8th, 2026 at 5:00pm
August 9th 2026 at 12:00pm
