OUTDOOR TRADE FAIR

AUGUST 5 - 9, 2026

The Trade Show will be hosted on the Fair Grounds during the Greatest Show in the Peace. We anticipate a unique list of exhibits, offering some of the newest products, techniques, education and services available for agriculture, home décor and commercial industries.

Booth Rental

DISPLAY BOOTHS – Sizes, Rental Rates – Each Business
Outdoor Space (FOOD)  $800.00 plus GST (5%)
Outdoor Space (RETAIL) $700.00 plus GST (5%)
Outdoor Space Grandstand (FOOD ONLY) $800.00 plus GST (5%)

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  1. Payment due at registration.
  2. No refunds.
  3. We accept: Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Debit

COMPETITION:

We will not restrict entries with the same product, but we will try to place them apart.

SET UP:

  • TUESDAY 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • WEDNESDAY 8:00am to 11:00 am ONLY

Set Up Time MUST be pre-arranged.

TAKE DOWNS:

  • Sunday after 8:00 pm
  • All exhibitors must have their products off of the Fair Grounds by 12:00 noon on MONDAY.

  1. Payment is due at registration.

  2. After 9:00 am each morning, the Exhibition entrance is not available for unloading via vehicle; you may hand carry or use a trolley.

  3. Special "exhibitors only" parking is available at the 116th Avenue Soccer Field Parking Lot starting at 9:00 am Wednesday with name signage.

  4. No parking on the grounds. Except at your campsite. 

  5. All vendors are responsible for supplying their own power cords.

  6. All vendors must carry $2,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance policy, property damage insurance and a current food permit for any food vendors. All insurance and permits must be submitted to DCEA office 2 weeks prior to the event.
